Breese Heating & Cooling

A week before Christmas, 2016 the ancient boiler in our home began having problems.  John Breese and his men responded quickly.  They were professional and courteous through the whole process of selecting and installing a new Weil-McLain gas boiler at a fair price.  I would not hesitate to have them work for me again.  Thank you.

They have been our Heating and Cooling company for the last 5 years. We have them for every problem or question we have. We have had no problems. They are professional, prompt, on-time, reasonably priced, and very good. Highly recommend!

They are very friendly and thorough.

They are terribly expensive. One guy came out and he looked pretty green, but he found something which was a little bit hard to get. They come and they are generally accurate. They have been accurate on the repairs, but sometimes it's hard to get them. Once they told my husband that it would take 3 weeks and my husband just hung up, but somehow they came around later. We are not used to waiting for 3 weeks. If we would have been in Florida or something, we would have been in trouble. The furnace was kicking on, shutting off, and it couldn't heat. He found out that one of the straps from the exhaust pipe of the furnace that goes away outside had come loose and somehow water collected in there. It was a tricky thing to find, but he found it out. They are awfully expensive, but it was worth it because we hadn't seen this guy before and didn't know him; he looked really new and he found it out.

They came out on the spot and fixed it. It was a Saturday which was nice but it involved an extra charge. When it's 90 degrees you don't have a choice. The part itself was expensive but their fees aren't that bad. I think most of the people on this street in my subdivision use Breese. They were real knowledgeable, personable, and knew what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. I would use them again.
