Apostolakis Honda sends me coupons for tire rotations and oil changes a few times a year. I used my coupon today to save on an oil change. I was in and out with an oil change, they checked my tire pressure and washed and dried my car in one hour and 15 minutes. Checking my tires and tire pressure was part of the oil change service to my surprise. The car wash is always free.

When I called for service and gave service codes, they volunteered what I already knew, which is that some of the services had been performed during our last service. They gave me a total price before booking and promised to call if anything else came up during the service. We dropped off vehicle the night before it was scheduled using the after-hours drop. A salesman still on the premises asked if I needed assistance and thanked me for using Apostolakis. They got the vehicle completed first thing in the morning, called to advise it was completed, and washed the van upon completion of service.

Car was taken for 2 test drives over 2 days and was put on lift to examine chassis. Saw oil seepage from oil pan and dealer took it to Nissan dealer and had pan resealed. Purchase went smoothly with no hassle over price.

I like that they're local...I've bought a few cars from them and they've always been very good on their service. I would recommend them to other people. I would give them an excellent grade. I will absolutely continue to use them.
