I love going to Express Care. There are two bays for oil changes and other work, it's never a long wait, even if there are a few cars in line ahead of you. They keep my automobile service records on their computer, so when I come in, they know when they have changed this or that (like air filters, cabin filters) and when they have performed other services (like radiator flush, tire rotation, etc). They have a team working on the car, so while one guy is underneath draining oil, another one is above checking and topping off the fluids and doing other checks including tire air pressure. They show you what needs to be done, but they are not pushy about getting it done there and then. Before you know it, they have it all completed and you are ready to roll. Usually there is a rebate form for a discount on the next oil change. And in between oil changes, you can go in anytime and they will top off your fluids and check your tire pressure for free. For decades I have changed my own oil, but since moving here and giving these guys a try, I have not touched an oil plug or a filter. I leave it all for them, and they do a great job.
