"I paid the $50.00 and I was supposed to get a "free" estimate and then get $300.00 worth of repairs. They gave me an estimate ($5,000)...wanted to dig 30 feet along the outside of the wall where the water was coming in.  The place where it leaks is only a 4 feet wide section - where the window well is located.
I emailed them to ask questions and they never answered the email.
So, I got nothing for my $50.00 except a "free" estimate.

When I originally got it checked out, the guy said that there is a leak that cannot be found, that he will keep recharging my unit it, but eventually I'm going to have to buy a whole new one. "Danny Stephens, owner, D Stephens Construction LLC, did extensive repair and replacement work in our bathroom, including installing a new ceramic tile floor, and a new toilet.  Additionally, he repaired the floor and one wall in the bathroom.  The work was done over the course of several days.  I found Danny very agreeable, and willing to do all the work required.  He was responsive, also.  He returned right away (on a Sunday, no less) when I called him to correct a minor issue I discovered after all the work had been completed.  Most contractors won't do that, once they've been paid."
