Only condenser coil was covered under warranty had to pay for parts and labor. Installation was estimated to take 3-4 hours . Actual installation time was 1.5 hours but I was still charged for 4 hours. I was reimbursed for the leaked refrigerant but not for the overcharge for labor. The unit is so far working well."
