"It did not take long to get an appointment with this company.  I had carpets that had a urine smell from an older dog.  They sent two young men to do the job.  I had already moved the furniture out but they would have done it if I had asked.  They got right to work and asked me where the water source was.  The high tech machinery they used did an amazing job.  I could see the water pulled from the carpet turn from almost black to clear.  When they were finished, they cleaned up totally after them selves and asked if I was satisfied.  I was more than satisfied.
