"We chose Organic Clean to clean our basement carpet to avoid harsh chemicals in our finished basement. Tim did an excellent job cleaning our large sectional and ~800 sq ft of carpeted space. It was rather embarrassing to see how much dirt he got out of our carpet and our 10 year old sectional looks almost like the day we bought it. Not only did Tim do a great job, he was flexible with scheduling. We had to back up the appointment a week due to contractors still working and he was extremely understanding. "Our landlord told us our house would be furnished in all of the common areas. What he neglected to tell us was just how old and gross his couches and rugs were. We ended up asking him to have them cleaned and he hired these guys (hence why I don't know how much it was). Let me just tell you, these guys are fantastic. They cleaned everything thoroughly and were so nice to us! Our landlord apparently refused to pay for some deodorizer for the couches, but when they realized how smelly they were, they put some on for us anyway free of charge. They really cared about us and treated us right. I will definitely be going to them again for all of my future cleaning needs."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
