Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the date of the repair, but they were able to come out the next day. I think he did a wonderful job repairing the ceiling. Companies don't return calls; make appointments and don't show; charge outrageous prices; do poor quality work. We contacted Mind Craft Masonry regarding a cinderblock retaining wall that needed repair. Ian Sr. returned our call promptly. He made an appointment to give a quote for the work and showed up on time. He was available quickly to do the job. He and his son showed up on time. The work was done beautifully. "I received a quick reply to my phone message. Mr. Neff came to view the problem and gave me a quote. It seemed very reasonable. It was the only quote I got so I don't know how it compares with others. The day of the repair an employee arrived on-time and began to get plastic set up to protect the floors and walls. Mr. Neff arrived about 15 minutes later to check to make sure everything was OK. The repair took about 2.5 hours which was within the time frame I was quoted. It looks great. The employee cleaned everything up, and it was like he was never there. Billing was exactly the same amount I was quoted. Would definitely use again!"
