Carlos provided a prompt review and quote for my power washing needs. He arrived on time for the job. He moved furniture and washed the patio then moved on to the front of the house. He power washed the front alcove, porch and steps and the driveway and the sidewalk in front of our home. Now dry, he returned to the patio and moved the furniture back in place. I hired them on the initial quote and once I hired them the price went up. We discovered we did not agree on the scope of the project. They did a good job, but I was uncomfortable when they increased the cost. That said, I may hire them again for additional work. Consider that
