"I received a quick reply to my phone message. Mr. Neff came to view the problem and gave me a quote. It seemed very reasonable. It was the only quote I got so I don't know how it compares with others. The day of the repair an employee arrived on-time and began to get plastic set up to protect the floors and walls. Mr. Neff arrived about 15 minutes later to check to make sure everything was OK. The repair took about 2.5 hours which was within the time frame I was quoted. It looks great.
