"I reached out to the owner for an estimate and via text, I was able to share photos of my unfinished garage walls and estimate the square footage. When I decided to move forward with using them, the communication on scheduling was not great. I said a specific week I would like it done and the owner said he?d call me the Friday prior. He never called, so I texted him that Sunday. He said he thought it was a different week and wouldn?t be able to get it done when I asked. We targeted the following week and he said he?d call me Mon morning to see what his schedule looked like for the week. Instead, I got a text Sunday night asking if his two guys could come in the morning. Fortunately, I work from home and it would work. The two guys showed up Mon and did not have a ladder to reach the 10ft garage height so had to use my ladders. Another poor communication issue. The owner did call me apologizing. The work was good but they left a mess. Since it?s my garage unfinished walls I don?t care a bunch but I wouldn?t hire them for finished walls based on the level of professionalism I experienced."

"I received a quick reply to my phone message. Mr. Neff came to view the problem and gave me a quote. It seemed very reasonable. It was the only quote I got so I don't know how it compares with others. The day of the repair an employee arrived on-time and began to get plastic set up to protect the floors and walls. Mr. Neff arrived about 15 minutes later to check to make sure everything was OK. The repair took about 2.5 hours which was within the time frame I was quoted. It looks great. The employee cleaned everything up, and it was like he was never there. Billing was exactly the same amount I was quoted. Would definitely use again!"

"The only downside was they had to jackhammer a concrete step which broke some concrete blocks in a retaining wall. However, I was told in advance that it would happen & that they did not do that repair. The work they did to my house fixed the dropped corner of the house , placed level markers & sealed the large crack so it is barely noticeable. They worked quickly & efficiently & pleasantly. I hope I dont need them again but if I do I would definitely call them."
