"This company does it right. Firstly, I want to say that Landan was a joy to work with. He was so kind, transparent, and had everything under control. His entire team showed up ready to work and they were all very respectful of the fact that we were in an office space. A little backstory – we needed carpeting laid + cove base in our office. We went through the entire ordering & installation process with a big box store. Then, at the last moment, that store told us they would no longer be able to install it. We were on a tight deadline to get the spaces done and I called Landan in a panic as one of my neighbors had recommended Krumlauf Floors to me. He came out to assess the project in a timely manner, worked with us on price (we’re a non-profit and he was very understanding and flexible), and got us on the books quickly. Since we were supplying the materials, Landan always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. He recommended the best products for us and everything worked out perfectly. They finished the whole job in 2 days…and it was a big one. Both days, they picked up after themselves, left the spaces pristine, and did GREAT work on the carpeting. I cannot tell you how incredible this team is. They’re great guys who take pride in their work. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for folks who will care about you and leave you with a beautiful end-product. They are the BEST!"

Measure and installation within days. 5. No extra work, unless discussed with customer prior. 6. Leave work area clean and installation took about an hour for two windows. When I called Zach (pictures included) answered on the second ring. Was out the same day to measure, and by Saturday, Zach and Luke had two glass block basement windows installed. We will use DEFENDER GLASS BLOCK for all our glass block needs. Highly Recommended!"

"The profile for Holy Roller is lengthy and is misleading. As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."
