"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"Our experience with Kustom Floors was nothing less than excellent. From the estimate to the installation the staff was amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently to install our carpet and our home looks so much better. We appreciate all of the hard work and will definitely be using them again for any other flooring we need!"

"We had trouble with the contractor finishing the project and I had to switch up the date for the cleaner several times. She was always cooperative and understanding of the situation and willing to change times and accommodate us. She did a great job in the end. We were very pleased with the end result."

"Went great... I could not believe how much "stuff" was in my air ducts. It's only been about a week and I already feel better. They also explained to me how and when to replace my filters and a few tips to keep my air vents cleaner so I can breath cleaner air

"Dawn and Steve from IC floors were an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I have done several renovations to our home using several companies and I can honestly say that IC was one of the best. We were originally going to go with a big box retailer but at the last minute decided to give Dawn a call for pricing. They not only beat the big box price but, in my opinion, did a better job explaining what we needed and what was going to happen with the install. They also accommodated our somewhat unusual schedule due to other jobs being completed. Our home turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them for any flooring projects!"

"They did a fantastic job. They were conscious of the marble pieces didn't like as well and used those in less conspicuous places. We had a decorative herringbone accent that looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I would definitely recommend them and use the next time we need tiling."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

The most effective method uses specialized cleaning solutions and equipment to loosen dirt and stains, followed by high-pressure rinsing and steam cleaning to sanitize and restore the tile and grout's original appearance.

Yes, you can tackle small rooms yourself if you're handy and have a flat, clean subfloor to work with. But seams must be sealed properly, or the barrier will fail. Any gaps will let moisture sneak through and defeat the purpose of installing this more expensive type of carpet padding. For larger rooms or areas, professional installation is usually worth the extra cost.

You can use a combination of mild soap and hot water to clean ceramic tile floors, walls, and other surfaces. When you’re cleaning a floor, it’s best to use a rag or chamois rather than a sponge mop, which can push dirt deeper into the grout. If the soap leaves any residue, use a mildly acidic cleaner to remove it.

Steam cleaning frequency depends on how dirty your floors get. Some people use a steam cleaner as their primary cleaning method, steaming their floors weekly. Others only break out their steam cleaner when the floors need a deep clean, which might be once a month or a few times a year.

There are a few ways to remove calcium buildup in your pipes, but the most natural option involves vinegar, baking soda, and boiling water. To use this method, pour 1/2 cup of vinegar down the drain you're trying to clear, then follow it up with 1/2 cup of baking soda. Place a rag over the drain to create a light seal and leave it for 30 minutes. Remove the rag, then pour a pot of boiling water into the drain. After the water drains, wipe everything down with a sponge.
