They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and courteous. While cleaning the dryer vent, another issue was discovered and they dealt with the issue at the same time.

I hired Nationwide Cleaners originally for a home home that I purchased. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of, and on time when they said they would be there. The carpet in the home I purchased was not in great shape, and they did a phenomonal job of cleaning it up, much better that I had anticipated. I was so pleased with their service and quality of work, I hired them approximately two weeks later for a property that I was in the process of selling. I was just as pleased the second time around. I will be hiring them again, and highly recommend them.

The only problem was on the steps. The carpet on the bottom step dried very dirty. It was as if the water from the machine left a pool of dirty water that didn't get sucked up. After the professional left, I noticed how wet that bottom step was and I think it was accidentally verlooked to suck the excess water/steam out.

Nationwide Cleaners arrived punctually for the appointment. They were friendly and professional. They completed the job efficiently and thoroughly, and even installed a quick connect vent device I had sitting around without charging me extra. I was very pleased with their work.

The work proceeded quickly because the service I purchased did not involve any spot cleaning.

The service went well, i was charged for extra $25 for the extra area, and $65.00 for the pets spills & coffee stains plus taxes, total charge $235.00. everything went very good. all areas are all cleaned. i am very satisfied with the service. it was the 3rd time that i used them so the service is very descent, and i will use them again.

Service was good, all went well

Cleaning was good but I paid for 4 rooms and basically got 2 cleaned. He did not put down any plastic under tables in MBR although he did move what he could in the room. The tables and chair had metal feet so there was a risk of leaving marks on carpet since no plastic placed. Also if I had gotten notice the room would have been been cleared and more areas of the carpet cleaned.

He was wonderful. He got spots and pet stains out. He was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to get stains out. He was clean, neat, and tidy. I highly recommend him.

It went okay; they were on time.   They were pretty good but they didn't get all the stains out of my carpet. 

It's been sixteen hours since Nationwide Cleaners left my house and my berber carpet is still extremely wet...wet enough to soak the bottoms of my socks if I walk on it. I've never had carpet professionally cleaned before where it took more than a couple of hours to dry. I had never used this company before, but had a Groupon so gave it a try. I will not use them again.

I can't believe how horrible their service is. I purchased an Angie's List deal. On the day they were scheduled to come out to clean my carpet, they called to tell me they had to post-pone because their van broke down. That's okay. Things happen. However, when they didn't even show up for the re-scheduled date, I called them and they apologized once again but somehow my appointment "didn't make it on the listed appointments for the day". Finally on another appointed date, they did make it out however as they were unloading, I got an emergency call that a family member was in the hospital (obviously not their fault). When I called back to re-schedule, they told me their van had broke down again, and that I should contact Angie's List for a refund. I decided to wait for their van to be repaired 'again' since I had waited this long to get my carpet cleaned. By this time it had been several months. I rescheduled for 2/22/2017, and they didn't show up again nor call! I called to find out where they were and I was placed on hold and then hung up on!! So, I left 3 messages, and still no one has returned my call. I am utterly baffled as to how their ratings can be so high. I can't recall having such poor service from a highly rated Angie's List provider. I'm now attempting to get a refund from them, but I'm worried since they won't return my calls.

after initial delays and rescheduling due to service truck repairs, we finally got rescheduled and service tech arrived on time. They were very diligent and thorough in cleaning and repairing my dyer vent including crawling around in my crawlspace beneath the laundry room to remove sections of dryer vent and clean them. At the end of this service, our dryer works considerably better with a clean vent duct.
