The front office woman was wonderfully helpful and exained everything prior to service. She gave the total price including tax the same day i scheduled. Terry, who actually did the cleaning, was very informative and thorough. Showed me before and after views of my duct as he cleaned it. Very professional overall. Most importantly, I slept the whole night through and haven't taken allergy medicine since they cleaned the ducts. Price not bad for 3000 sq ft home.

Very professional job done. Guy was very knowledgeable about issues that might pop up and how to get the most out of the job. We were pleased with his effort and time spent. The scheduling lady was also very accommodating calling several times to find a time they could come that would meet our difficult scheduling needs. That was very appreciated.

Exceptional! Arrived in a timely manner, communicated competently and in a way I could understand. Booked the work to be done in a short time after confirming the deal. Did the work completely and without delay or downtime. Alerted me to disappointing realities about my lines, vents and duct work that, though I cringed to hear them, I am grateful to have heard them and I'm fixing them (none of my lines are insulated, even a 30-foot run adjacent to the roof). Charge was fair. If competency is a turn on, Larry's someone you want to know.

The vendor called and set up a window of time for service and the service man called an hour prior to arrival which were both good things. Upon arrival the serviceman explained what he would be doing in detail. He moved the dryer and connected a blowing unit and went outside to the exterior dryer vent discharge and used another machine inserted thru the exterior vent. He ran both machines for about 10 minutes. When he was done with this he had a fairly large clump of dryer lint. We had just purchased this house so I doubt that the previous owner ever cleaned out the dryer vent. I was very pleased that he got all that lint out since dryer lint is a major fire hazard if left to build up. My only complaint was that the outside part of the process does leave a fair amount of lint on the surrounding areas, e.g. deck, ground or what ever is nearby. You will be cleaning that up yourself. I thought the price was a little steep for the amount of time involved - approx. 40 minutes from arrival to departure. However, the serviceman was very professional and was willing to answer any questions I had. The office staff is also very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to others with the caveat that they are little pricey and you will have some cleanup to do afterwards.

Air Duct Cleaning Company came out to our home and cleaned the ductwork. Our house is approximately 20 years old and the air ducts had never been cleaned. The service personnel were very friendly, courteous and professional. We have 2 large dogs and have been doing construction work. The ductwork was quite dirty. Our home is 3 levels and we have a considerable amount of ductwork. We feel that the workmanship and the quality of the work was of the highest. We would highly recommend this company for any duct cleaning job - large or small.

It went very well. The technician was very nice and told me what he was going to do before he did it. He showed me the inside of my vents before and after the service. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
Description of Work
Covered all vents and vacuumed out the dirt and then sanitized. Checked and cleaned furnace and changed the air filter. Cleaned up after himself.

Both times they did an excellent job. On the mold cleanup the price was far less than another company had quoted, & he came over that same day; took care of my problem & put a fan on it to let it dry all night. A day or so later, my remodelers could finish the job they had started. I was very grateful for that!

I've used Larry twice. The first time was to clean out my air ducts on 4/4/14. His worker did a good job & the cost of that was $444.05. The second time was to clean up mold between my two bathroom walls and it cost $250.00.

They were here for about 3 or 4 hours. The air quality is so much better. They liked interacting with the kids. They were really nice. My mom actually picked them. They showed up extremely prompt. They were here like 7:59 a.m. They were courteous and reliable. They were kind of expensive to me.

Duct/vent cleaning and sanitization. I was very impressed with the services of the company especially the office manager that took the call. She was extremely knowledgable and definitely closed the sale. The services were pricy but I believe they did a better job than a groupon price might offer. Terry, the gentleman that cleaned that day arrived at 11:30 on the dot and worked quickly. He showed me before/after of the vent so I could see the difference. The house feels much more fresh! He said it looked like they had never been cleaned! Yuck!

The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was extremely helpful. She asked a series of questions in order to provide the most accurate estimate. We weren't sure if the technician would need to access our crawl space so she provided me with the cost either way. I was told what to expect on the day of service. The technician, Terry, was scheduled to show up at 7:30 a.m. and he arrived at 7:20 which was a pleasant surprise. He first wanted to check whether or not he needed to access the crawl space in order to "save us money." He was considerate of our dog and even offered to lock her up for us when he left. Warning to pet owners...the vacuum is VERY loud! Our large dog was shaking within minutes of it being turned on. We were unable to stay for the duration of the job but returned to find the house locked up and everything cleaned up. The price was a little more than we had wanted to spend however there were no additional costs or surprises as everything was discussed over the phone. However, compared to similar companies/services it is fairly priced. They also gave me a discount right away before giving me the Angie's List discount.

Excellent--prompt and respectful--service. Thorough, but quick service. Explained options and prices completely, after initial inspection, with no high pressure and no surprises when service completed and bill presented.

Have had my dryer vent (which vents out the roof) serviced by appliance maintenance company. Never got the complete service I got this first visit from Air Duct Cleaning Co. They put in dryer vent duct on the roof (replacing the standard roof vent that was there for the dryer vent duct). Also, put in a special connector between the dryer exhaust and the inside wall that replaced the collapsible foil and wire accordion connector. Also, service person gave me some valuable hints about how to get better performance out of dryer and left my laundry room much cleaner than it was before he arrived. Result: Drying time is now HALF what it had been even at the best of operating times after I had vent cleaning done by other service(s). Can not be sure that I need the inside connector in addition to the new roof vent to accomplish that, but I'm not complaining.

Fabulous. He was not only punctual, but arrived just a little early. He was efficient and gave us tips about dealing with cat fur (cover the register with cheesecloth to keep the fur from getting into the system). Definitely would use again and recommend to others.

Terry, the technician, arrived a little before the appointment. He introduced himself, was very professional yet friendly. I showed him where all the ducts and cold air returns were and showed him the basement. He explained the process. He had to cut some access holes in the duct work to insert the equipment, but after the work was done, he patched the areas neatly with sheet metal and sealed them. The entire process: taping over registers and cold air returns, cutting the duct, performing the cleaning and sanitizing, patching the duct, removing the equipment and picking up the tape took about 2 1/2 hours. He did a great job of clean up after himself. We have a 1680 sq ft house with nine rooms and a basement. There were 13 ducts and 2 cold air returns. I was very pleased with the job Terry did and would use Air Duct Cleaning Co. in the future.

We had a good service. They do their work but the problem is that they just don't wear protection on their shoes when they get into the house. I don't know how to compare their price because I've never used air duct cleaners before. The quality of work was good.
