Everything went well.

Went well. Only issue I had was they broke outlet when plugging in their equipment. Easy fix but they didn't tell me it happened.

Very well. Really enjoyed Gill and Kevin. They knew what they were doing and left everything clean and put everything back that was moved

The duo of Jeff and Gill arrived on time. They explained their process, set up their equipment and went to work. They located the furnace and a window to work through; then all the ducts, and the living space heat/cool register and return openings. The duo then used high pressure air hoses with an agitator on the end from the top with a high pressure vacuum attached to the basement ducts and outdoors. We are glad to have the dirt & dust removed from our ducts and had a good experience with the company. Our only blip was that the company was not responsive when we tried to schedule the work to be done. Be aware that the company cannot work when the temperature is below 32 F degrees because they must turn off the furnace; rescheduling is normal so go into this work knowing that.

Tried to take advantage of me. Turned them into BBB, State Of Ohio, Rheem, National Heating and Air Conditioning Assoc. After 2 months, money was refunded.

Went perfectly fine, as expected. They showed up 5 minutes early, explained to me the entire process, and reviewed all my systems to determine the best order in which to do things. They were conscientious about my having pets, and set up their equipment to insure thy did not get out. They were respectful of my time and property (they wore booties at my request to protect my carpets from dirt), and they finished on time. I don't know how the price compares to other companies, as I did not get other bids. They were highly recommended to me by someone who has a very nice home, so that was all I needed to know before hiring them.

We have used them for several years. We have an annual contract with them.

They put our system in the year before. In 2015, they put a whole new system in for us. I trust them. We use them all the time. We have no reason to change. We've used them they put in a new system from top to bottom. They put in natural gas, we didn't have natural gas. They did the whole system. It was a big job, but they did a great job. We like them.

There were two workers. They were fine. They were good, pleasant ,and professional. They were there to understand what they were doing. They came down, and accurately assess the work that was done on the ducts within the last year. They found some aspects of the house constructions, and certainly seen worse. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were came when they said they would. They were quick. They did a decent job. I don't have a wide range of experience with air duct cleaning, to compare. They tend to do a good job on the ducts.

Very professional and knowledgeable. House is circa 1984 and had never had ducts cleaned. They were thorough and explained what they were going to do before starting the work. We paid a bit more than if we'd gone with a carpet cleaning type company, but we wanted a company whose primary focus is HVAC and duct cleaning. The service overall was outstanding and we'll recommend them to others - and we'll use them again, too!

They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. My furnace and air ducts had not been cleaned in a few years, so it was a big job.

We used a coupon from Angie's List to have this company clean our ducts/vents. They were on time (a tad early even), explained things when I asked, informed me about ducts that didn't actually go anywhere (which I knew already and was curious if someone would tell me about them), and were generally very sweet gentlemen who seemed to really care about what they were doing. They told me up front, right away that there would be an extra $60 charge because the I have a larger house than what the coupon was good for (I had indeed anticipated this). They were careful around my things and with the vents. I quite enjoyed having them in my home and doing the work. The one gentleman also gave me good tips on my furnace filter situation because he was a self-proclaimed "filter fanatic." Would definitely recommend them again.

The gentlemen who showed up to complete the service were very nice and professional and did a good job of cleaning the ducts. Two main issues: they showed up at my house at 9 am for the service - I was told they would be there between 11:30-12:30. Additionally, when I went to the basement later in the day, I realized that the drain pipe attached to my humidifier was knocked loose and water was all over my basement floor, soaking some of the items nearby. When I called Jeff to explained this, he told me to put a fan on it to help it dry. Not really the best response for a problem that was created by his crew. Due to fear of mold/mildew building up, there is a strong likelihood that some items will need to be thrown away (i.e. the box spring which was soaked at the bottom).
