He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He has helped me with other contractors who I had problems with by assessing and guiding. He took down and put back a vinyl fence gate , and fixed it better than the fence company. Overall things got done but I did feel like they rushed a bit - they measured wrong the first time and had to re-do their work but fortunately the mistakes are not noticeable because the rail covers it up. There was no mention of price in advance, which I should have asked about before work started. They asked for $300 but we settled on $200 as I believed that $300 was too high for the work, especially since it was completed in one hour. I suggest agreeing in advance on price, but they handled my pushback professionally and there was no awkwardness."
