They did open the pool as they were supposed to. However, they put the cover away covered with dirt and small branches. They refused to clean off the junk on the cover when asked. Covers are not supposed to be put away for the season dirty.

Poor service. Installed motor incorrectly, tried to coach me thought the repair of the repair, and I ultimately had to pay out an additional 200.00 to get their work fixed. Overall their service is poor, and they do not communicate well. We are new home owners and new to pool and spa maintenance. They were unable to take the necessary time to help educate us and forge a long lasting relationship. I'm easy to please, and they failed miserably. We are moving on to another service for sure.
