The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! No need for multiple estimate s. Just hire them . I am already hiring them for another project. Thank you LTB construction and remodeling . Best of the best !!!!!!"

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

I figured, he saved me money because it will last longer. Bill is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The motion light works great. "He and his partner hung 4 LP rails for me to display records in my listening lounge. They were very nice and very respectful. They arrived on time and were done in an hour. Overall things got done but I did feel like they rushed a bit - they measured wrong the first time and had to re-do their work but fortunately the mistakes are not noticeable because the rail covers it up. There was no mention of price in advance, which I should have asked about before work started. They asked for $300 but we settled on $200 as I believed that $300 was too high for the work, especially since it was completed in one hour. I suggest agreeing in advance on price, but they handled my pushback professionally and there was no awkwardness."
