The grid for the suspended ceiling was taped, so there is no paint on the grid. We made a couple of minor adjustments to the color scheme as the painting progressed, this was no problem. "Being new to the Milford area, it's so good to find a reliable, friendly local handyman business. Our project was for removing and installing 2 toilets. I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. "I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."
