"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It was like **** getting it set up (you self install the sensors on windows and doors, this was a horrible experience for me). The rep was very helpful. After setting it up I called the company and someone helped 'name' each sensor (we were on the phone for 8 hours doing this). The guy was very helpful and patient, even when I started crying over the phone. BUT still I would probably do it again. A great company. It's up to each person if they want someone to install a different company's equipment or if they want to set up each frontpoint sensor themselves.
