I was told to check them each morning before 9 am and call if there was anything in them and they would come out and deal with them / reset. They were also supposed to come back with more traps. The trap got tripped with nothing in it, I called twice before 9 am and left messages as requested, got no call back, no one ever came back to set more traps or deal with the two they had left. Paid $169 for two used chipmunk traps they don't seem interested in retrieving, I guess."

A simple explanation of Ohio rules would have been enough, no need to shame customers into going with you guys saying that the raccoon could have rabies and other scare tactics. I am plenty old enough to know that it could have a number of diseases, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change my stance. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario."
