Between the normal dirt and grime of our manufacturing operations and the weather this winter, the carpet in our corporate offices looked awful; not the impression we want to make with customers and vendors, and definitely not the conditions in which our employees should be working. McGhee came out and gave us a quote for a restorative cleaning, which included scrubbing the carpet and a steam extraction. Of all the vendors from whom we solicited quotes, McGhee had the lowest quote. The cleaning was performed in multiple trips. They cleaned the chairs on a Saturday. It took about 7 hours to do 60 chairs. These chairs hadn't been cleaned since they were put in the offices almost 20 years ago. They did an outstanding job. Two weeks later, they came out again on a Saturday and did a restorative cleaning of the carpeting in our corporate offices. This involved scrubbing the carpet, and then doing the extraction that most other vendors perform. This took approximately 8 hours to do. They followed up the next Saturday and did some spot treating of some of the highest traffic areas. They were there for 4 hours. Everyone who showed up was extremely professional and courteous. They wear uniforms, which is ideal because it makes them identifiable while they're in the offices. Rozonno McGhee, the owner, takes great pride in delivering outstanding customer service. He was onsite for all of the cleaning sessions. We will begin a quarterly maintenance contract with them. Highly recommended.

Originally had to cancel our first scheduled appointment, they were very pleasant about it. When I called back to reschedule, they were running a special at that time and applied it to my order saving me money. On the day of the cleaning they called offering me an earlier time if that worked for us. Very polite and professional, carpets look wonderful.

First call to the company and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). They were able to get me in on the date I requested. As promised, they called 30 minutes before they arrived which gave me time to get things picked up and ready. The two men who came out (the owner and an associate) were friendly and professional. The carpets look great. They helped me move the smaller pieces of furniture. They even moved the couch and cleaned under it. I have never had another company move the couch, they usually just clean around it. The cleaners used guards to protect my walls and doors. They cleaned up everything and even cleaned the hardwood floors in the entry way (which was not a part of the paid service) as they left. Wonderful job! I will for sure use them again!

McGhee 's Carpet Cleaners took great care to protect our landscaping, doors, floors, and walls from the hoses and cords. They were courteous and professional. They did a great job at removing stubborn stains. The carpets were a little wet when they left at noon but dry by dinner time. Now the carpets look the like new! I will definitely call them again.

I'm almost ashamed to say it but after 7 yrs. in our home, this is the first time we had our carpets cleaned. In my defence , it's just the wife and I so we didn't dirty it up too bad. McGhee Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning were referred to us by a relative, and we were also aware that the owner Rozonno is the father of the recently born sextuplets in Columbus, Ohio. So we wanted to help a working man support his family. We had a total of 8 rooms, a flight of steps and a 7 ft. area rug cleaned.
To start with, McGhee Carpet Cleaning uses guide posts outdoors to direct their hoses from their van into your home to keep the hoses out of your landscaping. Secondly they use corner / wall guards inside the home to keep their hoses from rubbing against the corners of your walls as they maneuver their hoses while cleaning. And thirdly, after cleaning your carpet they use a drying technique evidenced by a triangular pattern to remove moisture and quicken the drying process.
The results were a clean , new looking carpet even after 7 years of not being cleaned (ouch). I would definitely use McGhee Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning again.
