Montie and his team were awesome from the start to finish of our LVT floor install. The installers did a great job and Montie checked in with us each day during the project to make sure it was going good. I highly recommend them and plan on hiring them again in the near future.

Everything was great.  They were very professional & efficient.

Montie prompt and professional and did exactly what he promised to do, even earlier than scheduled. We needed our carpets stretched (they were BAD!!) and he and his crew finished in under 2 hours.  We found a ripple that was "hiding" under a dresser after they were gone. When we contacted him, he was happy to help and will be back later this week to re-stretch the area.  I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for any carpet installations in the future!  Thank you!

We have used Montie numerous times. We only have 1 room left to carpet, the basement, which is kind of sad because we just love working with him. He really gets to know you, your needs, how you use the room, the traffic, the look you are going for, accounts for kids, pets etc.... and guides you in the right direction for carpet - quality carpet. He even called ahead to the carpet wholesaler telling them what we were looking into based on our prior likes/dislikes and when we showed up, they were ready to point us in the right direction and give us samples. They worked seemlessly with Montie to communicate square footage, padding etc...  Montie does provide the padding too and gives you better than norm at prices that are better than carpet stores. 
We were unsure of a few things about the carpet samples we selected and had a tough time deciding. But a quick call to Montie and his guidance really helped us out and make a choice. And the result is awesome!  He and his crew do great work, are friendly, and clean everything up nicely. You come into your room and it looks brand new!  You can't see the seems, nothing ever bunches or looks raggedy. Just a very responsive guy/company, with quality work at very fair prices.

Outstanding.  Monty was extremely prompt and professional with a quote.  It was not inexpensive, but his reputation for quality  overcame that.  His crew came on time and was excellent, even bringing in the carpet at a difficult angle to keep it from bending.  Work was performed quickly and with outstanding attention to detail.  Monty called within minutes of the completion of the job to be sure it was performed correctly. 
We would most definitely use his company's services again.  One of the best contractors we have ever dealt with.

The installers were professional, prompt and communicated well.  There were 2 opportunities for them to raise their price but they stuck with the original estimate.  The pattern matches throughout the house and the edges were finished well.  They even ran the vacuum after they were through.  I will use them again on some other properties.

Monte was patient with us as we delayed placing the order for several months from the original quote. Not sure if we got the carpeting we needed but it was close. Monte's business style is very informal: no itemized quote, hand-written, runs the business from his cell phone usually on the job. We were very pleased with his installers. They went well out of their way to provide a timely and quality installation: job was scheduled to last 2 days but the installers extended their workday to finish in 1 day. Monte's quote didn't include a small bathroom which we had modified since his quote. Monte and the installers adjusted the job and schedule on the fly and re-carpeted that room. For equivalent work, Monte is very reasonable. In our other home in another region, the quotes for less work and less carpeting is considerably higher, carpet quality and price notwithstanding.

This company has always been most helpful when I needed work done quickly.There had been a toilet leak which ruined vinyl. Monte of Carpet Express came over on short notice and gave us an estimate.He came back within a few days with a new vinyl piece to replace damaged one.It was done effiencently and we were satisfied.This is a rental property and sometimes when work is needed it needs it nowThey have very accomodating.We used them in the past to install carpeting throughout. That was another report.

They were excellent. The price was reasonable and fair. We would recommend them.

We have found Montie to be very conscientious about keeping in contact and having the guys here when promised.  We have never had any problems with his crews, who have been on time and efficient as well as very polite.  I trust them to be in my home and to do excellent work and I recommend them highly.

We used Montie (Carpet Express) to recarpet our prior house and it was a truly awesome experience. Very professional, very knowledgeable about carpet, our desires, our dog issues, where the wear/tear would happen the most, and he put us in touch with ProSource to select our carpet and we got a great buy. We were extremely pleased with the result and how carefully they handled all our furniture.
And this time was no different.
We moved to a larger home and knew we wanted to get rid of the basic new-home construction brown carpet all over the house. We actually wanted the same carpet we chose in the prior house. Montie was able to find it, negotiate the pricing down with several vendors based on his vast knowledge and give us the best price out there. The padding he recommended and put down for us is very comfy. We had 4 bedrooms done, a common area, a hallway, a large walk-in closet and 2 staircases.The installers arrived on time and it took 2 days. We moved nick-knacks out of the rooms, stripped the beds clear of sheets etc... so they could spend less time moving whole rooms (which sucks up valuable time) and more time just moving the heavy furniture out of the way to get down to business with the carpet tear-out and installation. The 2 installers were very friendly, professional, and my husband enjoyed talking to them - great guys. Montie was in contact with us the whole time and very prompt with follow-up answers when we had a question.
I trust him and any of his crew. We've still got an entertainment room and a basement to carpet in the future, and we will definitely be calling Montie again.

We moved the smaller items out of the rooms that received new carpet. Installers moved around the larger pieces...They took up the old pad/carpet and removed it from our home. They replaced any nail strips that were broken, missing or needed replacement. Put down a very nice and high end padding material with a special 'pet proof' barrier, then the carpet. As for the stairs, they took the extra time and effort to affix the carpet around the bullnose edge of the stair tread for a very nice appearance. They cleaned up all debris when they were finished. There was no damage to any walls or wood trim. Very professional...very pleasant.

He was very accomodating.  He came over on a Saturday.  We had to reschedule with him a few times.  He came on time and got the job done.

Beat all other deals I found with better quality material! In and out in 1 day (just before Christmas holidays). They went the extra mile to care for and attend to small details. I WILL do business with them again.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL, AND WORKED WITH US ON THE INSTALLATION DATE. IT DID TAKE A WHILE FOR THEM TO GET US A PRICE QUOTE, AND THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, BUT THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE FLEXIBLE TO OUR SCHEDULE.
