My recent job was for three vinyl window replacements. I believe Empire has changed its phone system over the years and your first call now goes to an answering service and they pass along your call to a salesperson. The salesperson was prompt in getting back to me and scheduling a visit. They had to order the windows so there was that wait, and then the installation had to be scheduled. "The Wyscarvers are an excellent organization with good carpentry & construction skills. Much other work such as plumbing, electricity, & roofing, etc., are done by subcontractors. All of the subcontractors did a good job, except for the electrician who was only average. Overall, they are a well organized company who good work."

"I was extremely impressed form start to finish. Punctuality and level of communication were beyond ennything I could have expected. Ac would show up at dawn and get the crew started and he woudl be back at dusk to inspect the work. The roof was installed flawlessly. When we discovered some rotted trim he was able to suggest the most economical and effective way to have it replaced and he had the gutters reattached properly as well all at an extremely reasonable price.
What really impressed me was that two days later I thought I had a leak in the roof. AC and his forema were here within an hour of my call to inspect their work. I have not seen as much pride in workmanship in some time. It turned out that there was no leak. Some rain water had spilled on one of my large leafy potted plans and dripped off the leaves. We were all quite relieved. And he and the foreman But while they were here they identified a problem with one of the downspouts and fixed it.
I would reccommend this company to all my friends for their work. The owner also has very good suggestions and ideas for dealing with issues.
