"I called a number of roofing companies to get an estimate on either a roof repair or new roof (after a mishap on my garage). When they got here, they said that there were parts or pieces missing. "Anchor Roofing of Ohio was one of about eight companies I called to get an estimate to replace my roof. They sent someone out within just a few days to do the estimate. They left a written estimate along with samples of the shingles. It took me several weeks to gather and analyze the estimates from the other companies, and during this time period, Anchor did not call persistently following up on the estimate. They used a very low pressure sales approach, which I appreciated. Anchor replaced the roof of one of my neighbor's house, and I admired their workmanship. As it turned out, their estimate was one of the lowest provided, so I hired them. They were able to come out and replace my roof exactly two weeks after I signed the contract. Most of the other companies wouldn't be able to do it for five to six weeks out. During this two week period, Anchor came out and covered damaged sections of my roof with a tarp, so further damage could be avoided. Anchor originally scheduled to replace my roof on Monday, June 1st, but then called and said due to good weather, they could do the job earlier on Saturday, May 30th instead. I appreciated this because, since that was my day off, it gave me the opportunity to observe their workmanship first hand. The crew arrived when they said they would, almost to the minute. The crew chief introduced himself, and immediately began working. I believe they started around 9:00 a.m. and finished about 2:00 p.m.. They did everything they promised they would do in the contract. I appreciated that they could do the whole job in one day, because I was worried it might rain if done over multiple days. They did an excellent job. Not only does the roof look aesthetically appealing, but Anchor did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too. They covered my yard and shrubs with tarps to catch debris, and then used a magnetic device to collect any nails that may have missed the tarps. I was very happy with my experience with Anchor Roofing of Ohio."

"I was extremely impressed form start to finish. Punctuality and level of communication were beyond ennything I could have expected. Ac would show up at dawn and get the crew started and he woudl be back at dusk to inspect the work. The roof was installed flawlessly. When we discovered some rotted trim he was able to suggest the most economical and effective way to have it replaced and he had the gutters reattached properly as well all at an extremely reasonable price.
What really impressed me was that two days later I thought I had a leak in the roof. AC and his forema were here within an hour of my call to inspect their work. I have not seen as much pride in workmanship in some time. It turned out that there was no leak. Some rain water had spilled on one of my large leafy potted plans and dripped off the leaves. We were all quite relieved. And he and the foreman But while they were here they identified a problem with one of the downspouts and fixed it.
I would reccommend this company to all my friends for their work. The owner also has very good suggestions and ideas for dealing with issues.
