The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. Fortunately, they worked it out. Todd and another fella arrived as promised, checked out the problem and got right to work. They tightened a fitting that my brother swore he had checked repeatedly, installed two shut off valves and cleared two drains. One drain, in the bathroom, apparently leads to improperly installed pipes. The quote to repair was well beyond what I can afford right now. I'll deal with it. They did a great job on everything, explaining as they went. Because there were two of them, the work was completed quickly."
