Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved."
