"Excellent workmanship, honest, exceedingly clean and attentive. Will have Dan Drazer do our cleanings and inspections from here out. Simply cannot be beat for the quality of work and honest evaluation. Zero shortcuts, explained thoroughly their process, and did a camera review of the work for us, before and after. There is a reason this company continues to get top ratings and awards across the board. This company takes pride in the services it performs."

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"Justin was hire to inspect the chimney. Which he did with his tablet and cámara. I was able to see the condition of the chimney and the work it needed. I explained to Justin that I would like for the job to be completed in three stages. He gave an estimate and prioritized the jobs. He completed the after he swept the chimney. They cleaned up the fireplace and the area rug very nicely. The estimate was very reasonable."

"They came out to deal with squirrels going in and out of my chimney. They discovered that the squirrels were getting in because the chimney had been damaged, providing the squirrel's with access. The problem had obviously been going on for a while. Cleaning out the bottom of the chimney as part of the inspection, we removed two five gallon buckets of sticks and leaves. They gave me a written quote describing the work and corrected my issues within the week. Work was well done, and they cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommended!"

Although there are no set rules for tipping house cleaners, you may want to consider tipping from 15% to 20% of the cost of house cleaning, or up to 25% if you’ve been very happy with the level of service and quality of work. If you’re not sure, it can help to discuss the cleaner’s policy or preference for tipping.
