Our heat wasn’t working. Call Larry last night. He showed up today. Knew exactly what the problem was within five minutes. And fix the problem. We had heat within the hour. Larry was very nice. And did an excellent job but definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you, Larry.

Fabulous! A harried call at 10am because the AC had quit and the temperature in the house was climbing quickly. Despite an already hectic schedule Larry was able to squeeze me in and get the AC up and running to save us from a miserable night. Couldn't be more pleased. Vectren shut the gas off, locked the main to the house and required a qualified licensed tradesman to do the repairs before they would retest to turn the gas back on. This 5 days prior to our annual Labor Day celebration/remembrance of the birthday of our benefactor of our vacation house on Indian Lake in Russells Point Ohio. Vectren required a qualified licensed tradesman to do the repairs before they would retest to turn the gas back on. We usually receive 30 to 50 family members for the event. Some contractors were to busy to take our job on and some didn't even return our calls. Upon contacting Larry Lee he immediately answered his mobile phone and I explained to him our situation. He apologized and said the soonest he could get out to our job was the following week but, there was a possibility he could free someone up. The next morning he called us to say he had a employee available to be at our place within the hour. Jim arrived on time, was courteous and ready to get us up and running again. Within three hours Jim went to secure our parts needed, returned and had the job completed. He started in the basement installing a new shutoff on the line leading to the fake log burner in the living room brick fireplace. He cut off the stuck 1/2" supply pipe to the fake log burner in the brick fireplace, removed the leaking "out of code" shutoff to the unit previously installed within the firebox and capped the line. Jim then located the gas leak to the boiler in the basement which was the pilot supply line that was so loose it rattled where it was connected to the control unit. He tightened the flare nut and solved the leak. Jim also removed a "out of code" union connection and gas supply shutoff both of which were within the boiler fire box chamber. He replaced them with a new straight pipe connection and a new shutoff valve outside of the unit. Then he did a whole house gas system pressure drop test which passed. I had a room-mate once, one of 3 and we were all tradesmen. He was a second generation owner of a tree trimming and removal company. He had a saying which I will never forget, "customers never remember you for the quality of the work you do, they remember you for the mess you leave". My basement, side yard and living room were all as they were prior to the completed work. I am a retired union carpenter with 33 years experience from framing homes for 13 years in the SF Bay Area in the '70s and '80's to performing all aspects of our trade from industrial, commercial, heavy-highway. I've worked on bridges, dams, casinos, gold mining facilities, schools, high-rises hotels and major shopping mall developments. I hold a current inactive California Contractors License #499847 with which I operated a contracting company from '85 thru '90 within the SF Bay Area. He found a blown fuse in the furnace and tried to replace it, but the new one immediately blew also, indicating an electrical short somewhere. He was not able to find the electrical short due to the unusual placement of the furnace in the attic. For this reason, he did not charge us at all for the service call.

We our a large mobile home community in Marysville Ohio and Larry Lee Electric has been our go to for HVAC, gas leak detection and general electrical issues. Most recently we were in a bind and needed electric completed on a new home quickly so the unit could pass inspection and get rented. The company was out the very next day despite their busy and booked schedule. Service is always friendly fast and reasonably priced. You won't find a better company around to work with.

Mr Lee showed up promptly as promised. Checked out the system and discovered no leaks or major issues, just low on coolant. Topped off the coolant and left us with working AC service. Would definitely use again. We had just purchased this property and would have believed a story of "this is junk, it needs to be replaced." Glad he was honest.

He came over and evaluated the damage and let me know up front he has'nt had alot of experience with pool heaters but was sure that the one piece that looked damaged he had in stock and would bring it over and hook it up to confirm that is what is wrong. Did not want to order a bunch of parts that I would have to pay for just to evaluate the problem. Have had previous work done to my furnace also by him and he was very timely in his response and did not charge me alot and did'nt try to sell me parts I did not need.He is a very trust worthy person that I would trust to do work in my house without me being there.
