Over the years, some shoddy repairs and replacements had been done and they worked hard to ensure the quality of the floors remained in-tact and to match the stain amongst different types of wood. John was open to our ideas and suggestions when we initally struggled with how to stain match them, but did an outstanding job mixing stains to get it done. Zoltan and his team came in and refinished the existing hardwood floors and perfectly matched and installed the rest of the first floor with hardwood. Now they are a beautiful espresso color. He was a very nice and easy contractor to talk and deal with. Very understanding and respectful. Gave us straight answers and didn't upsell us on stuff that wasn't needed. He also did a lot of "extra" stuff for us that was out of scope for the bathroom. We will be using Chris for all of our future remodels and upgrades."
