We were very pleased with all aspects of the work performed. The workmanship was excellent and the entire job was performed on time to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the attention to detail displayed by the owners and their installers. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. We give this contractor our highest recommendation.

George and his crew arrived and started right to work. They did a great job!!! The first day they put up plastic to separate the upsairs rooms from the rest of the house then they sanded and stained all rooms and hall. Several hours later they came back and put the first coat of polyurethane on. The next day they came back and put the second coat on. The floors look Amazing!!!!!!!! They are hard and workers and take pride it there work. It show the rooms and hall are perfect!

great job..not cheap, but worth it!!!

Requested estimate and received a prompt response to setup a meeting time. Don met me over my lunch hour and was professional, punctual, and very helpful in answering my questions. The floors we were refinishing had been covered for 40+ years with carpet and needed some TLC. Once again Don and Sheryl's customer service was above and beyond in scheduling the work, choosing stain color, and completely the work in a timely manner. We had an odd transition to tile that we weren't sure what to do with and Don installed a transition that looks fabulous. The floors look fantastic and we would use them again.

In a previous job, she had to figure out how to integrate new HW with 100 year old reclaimed HW that had planks of a different width. She designed a very clever layout to solve mixing these different widths. The finished product was fabulous. We still have a little more work to do, and are looking forward to working with Superior again.

They're great, I've used them many times. They're reliable, they have a great finished product that lasts a long time, came by their work, and they fixed damaged floors.

I did have a few issues. I contacted them and they were very, very accomodating. They came back and reworked the floors. I was very satisfied. I don't recall the price but it was comparable to other companies.

Extremely well. I called just after purchasing my home (July 6th) and they were booked out until the end of August. She remembered that I had said I wasn't moving in until the end of the month so I received a call back asking if it might work for them to do my work but it would have to be done spread out over several days since they would be working on my house around their existing jobs. This also included them working on a Saturday. Since I am not moving in until the end of the month it worked out perfectly. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get all of the work finished. The craftsmanship is top notch, tonight I walked around and looked at how they put the quarter round against the original (1945) baseboards and it was tight against them. I was literally walking around my house saying and quot;wowand quot; on the phone to my sister. I kept telling her that I couldn't wait until she visits so she can see them in person. I snapped pictures on my phone and sent them via text to a good friend whom was also very impressed.
Another important thing to note is that they had a key to my house and always made sure they locked up when they were coming and going. Also the areas where they worked is very clean including the dust from sanding the floors. The only sign that they were in and out of the house is the amazing transformation of the floors.

From the first phone call to the last coat of finish, the owners and their crew were punctual, efficient, courteous,professional and tidy.

I had a bad experience with them when they came to work on our hardwood floors. I would not recommend them for any service work. When negotiating with them they were very expensive and arrogant.

This company jumped through hoops for us. Our timing was difficult as it was based on closing on our house and movers arriving....but they came through for us. They matched the installation price offered by Lumber Liquidators. They adjusted the dates at the drop of a hat. And, most important, the finished project was excellent.

The actual wood floor looks nice. The finish work on the rest of the job was disappointing and showed poor workmanship. Fireplace mantle, wood kitchen bar and door frames were marred at the same height - must have been from equipment. Quarter round was patched that previously was not patched. It was done with a straight cut and the stain not matched. We had to replace the entire section. A piece of trim that was there before the job was missing. We had to replace that as well. All of the inside corner posts were not cut down - carpet had been on this floor previously. We had to pull them all up, cut and replace. The walls had been stained in 3 places and appeared to be wiped off, but the stain was not cleaned off. The room the wood floors were put laid in connected to the entryway and second story with no break in the walls, all had to be painted because of the marring and stains. Tape was applied to the carpet where it meets the wood. Unfortunately, the tape was stained and sealed and is now glued to the carpet and wood floor. There is also some stain on that carpet. We work on removing it a little at a time - very slow process. There are several places that appear to have "brush fibers" sealed to the floor.
