Quality cleaning was done in the spaces that were cleaned. They did not clean closets, lighting or ceiling crown molding. I'm not sure if this was forgotten or they did not think it was part of the job because I was unable to communicate with the cleaners. They did not speak any English. I tried to tell/show them the areas I wanted them to focus on and attempted to speak through a phone translator but I do not think they understood. Assessing what was done for the price and hours taken to clean (about 3, when we paid for 4), I would hire them again due to the low cost and would make sure I communicate clearly everything before the cleaners arrive.

Fine, workers performed stated task. The only problem that we have with any of the angieslist cleaning companies is that they are not mopping with a microfiber mop in the same direction as the grain on our laminate and luxury vinyl wood grain flooring. This makes a big difference. You don't have the haze/film after finishing. We have to repeat the mopping after they leave in every case. Other than that, for the time that they were here they did fine.

They came out right away, provided me with a very reasonable estimate and got the house cleaned within days. Since that time I've had them out once a month and the high quality I experienced on the first visit has continued. They are always on-time and consistently do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

When I have special requests they are happy to include them in the regular cleaning routine, and when I text or call they respond promptly. Plus everyone who has worked in my home has been VERY polite and kind. For years now they have made me a very happy customer!!

Only one crew, one time, did a less than satisfactory job. When I contacted thr company they were so distressed and took money off of my next cleaning. Along with offering to come over themselves and make it right. Communication is always good and it is so WONDERFUL to come home to a clean house! I have been very pleased and highly recommend their services.
