"We wanted to install a newer veneer encased foam exterior stone product on our exposed concrete basement foundation. Most contractors did not know nor wanted to attempt this install type. American Home Tech did not have the exact experience with this Gemstone product but had similar and was willing to attempt the installation and warranty it. Plus their price was in a good range. We did have some slight issues around the install date being pushed to get the proper crew and with the weather, it was delayed. I had to call a few times to figure out what was going on. However, the crew that came out made up for any scheduling as they walked us through the process, showed as they started, and texted for communication on days/times and milestones. Jeremy Burnet and his crew were both skilled in the trade and customer service experienced. Though they did run into a few obstacles they worked through them with us to ensure our satisfaction and awareness. I would recommend this crew to anyone. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but having dealt with so many contractors and projects lately, these guys deserve a shout-out. Professional and quality work."
