"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "The weather is getting hot and of course that is when my air-conditioning unit started to not provide the cool air I needed. That is when I immediately placed a call to Zoned Comfort Heating and Cooling. I have used them before and they have been dependable and responsive to an individual's needs for cooling and heating. "John at Air Duck Warriors answered my phone call so I did not have to wait for a returned call. Air Duct Warriors had a 32 ft ladder. And, the cover for my dry vent duct that I needed to prevent more birds from building a nest inside the dryer vent. They worked in the tight space of a laundry closet to re-connect the dryer vents. I appreciated John scheduling my service appointment in two days. And, the dedication of his co-workers to get the job done."

"Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.
