"Michael did an excellent job. I am very please with their service. I had several grease stain on my carpet and Michael was able to remove them all. My carpet had not been clean in several years and now my carpets have a second life, they look great. This is a business that takes quality of service very seriously. I will use again to clean the second floor of my home. I got an estimate on the phone and the cost was exactly as quoted on the phone."

"Hired for cleaning of cat urine on new sectional. Joe Moreno, owner came with a helper. As soon as I asked them to wear booties over their snow covered & muddy shoes, Joe’s attitude was agitated, dismissive, disrespectful & very rude. His answers to my questions were short & uninformative. Ten minutes after arriving, he was only spraying & cleaning across the top, & when I asked why he said “it looks like nothing I do is going to make you happy.” I was confused, as I hadn’t complained about anything. I told him the back cushions smelled too. He argued and said if he cleaned the whole couch, it would be $1000 and never dry. So he “guessed” where the urine was & spot-cleaned randomly. The environment was so uncomfortable. In tears, I called my adult son to come & handle it for me. Joe’s attitude changed the moment my son arrived. My sectional still smells like urine. I felt the owner Joe Moreno of Serious Carpet Cleaning was misogynistic the entire service. Horrible experience."
