Very well-had some pet issues with my carpets and were given extra attention by the company. Place smelled great!

The gentleman that came out was just as nice as can be and thorough, very thorough. They did three rooms, a stairway, and sofas. He was just all over the house and just nice. He was there and did what we wanted to do. We ended up with a stairway and a hall, then downstairs where my mom stays, so it was nice. He did a nice job. You know it was just pleasant from the phone call to schedule it and from the man who came out. It was just one man; he was accommodating, there was no push back or no attitude, he was there to do a job and he did a very good job. I think the pricing was very fair. The quality was a good job, and you can tell the rooms were clean. They smelled clean and didn't take long to dry my chairs. I felt good about it, the gentleman that came to our house was very courteous and knew what he was doing and got to it. You know, we helped a little bit with the moving things around. He didn't fuss like some carpet cleaners I had before like you're going to move this or you're going to move that and I kept saying these pieces are just going to stay right where they are. He didn't have any problem with that and it was nice just to have somebody do what I wanted and not give me a problem. They were very punctual, very professional. I mean from the beginning to the end. Everything about that company was professional.

Excellent work all around. Planning to have them come out later in the year to do the rest of the house including tile and grout in the kitchen. Able to remove many spots and some stains we inherited from when we bought the house 8 years ago (some stains not fully removed, but the technician clearly told us there wasn't a guarantee and we didn't expect some to be fully removed). They cleaned the carpet exactly as they said they would.

I would probably use them again.

We called Zerorez at the recommendation of a neighbor. We have no pets, no kids and never eat or drink upstairs on our white wool carpets. The cleaning seemed to be very professional and thorough but after a few days we found some large spots that had to be a result of the cleaning. I called Zerorez in a bit of a panic. The best they could do was schedule a re-cleaning an entire month in the future. I wanted to have a local manager come and look at the carpet but it seems that there is no local manager. After a month, another technician re-cleaned the areas again and everything looked fine, immediately after he finished. However, the next day the spots were back as if nothing had been done. I called Zerorez and spoke to a customer service person in Minnesota. I sent him pictures of the spots and he suggested that the spots were on the carpet before the cleaning. There has been no follow up and now we are having another company re-clean. If the spots can't be removed, we are faced with a $10,000 expense to replace the wool carpet. I wish we had never called Zerores.

great. estimate given over phone. was able to choose a 1/2 day time window when scheduled the week prior. received a phone call the day prior with a 3 hr time window, & received a 15-20 min heads up call before arrival. technician was highly professional and courteous. most importantly, did a fantastic job with carpet cleaning. got out all multiple carpet stains on my high traffic steps, and even a drawing my kids did on the carpet - looked like new. i will use them again, since i loved that the carpet dried relatively quickly in comparison to other carpet cleaners we have used.

Received a call 48 hours in advance to confirm the appointment and one 20 minutes prior to arrival as a courtesy.
The technician was very professional and answered all the questions iad on the process and solutions used in cleaning.
