Serious Carpet Cleaning

Hired for cleaning of cat urine on new sectional. Joe Moreno, owner came with a helper. As soon as I asked them to wear booties over their snow covered & muddy shoes, Joe’s attitude was agitated, dismissive, disrespectful & very rude. His answers to my questions were short & uninformative. Ten minutes after arriving, he was only spraying & cleaning across the top, & when I asked why he said “it looks like nothing I do is going to make you happy.” I was confused, as I hadn’t complained about anything. I told him the back cushions smelled too. He argued and said if he cleaned the whole couch, it would be $1000 and never dry. So he “guessed” where the urine was & spot-cleaned randomly. The environment was so uncomfortable. In tears, I called my adult son to come & handle it for me. Joe’s attitude changed the moment my son arrived. My sectional still smells like urine. I felt the owner Joe Moreno of Serious Carpet Cleaning was misogynistic the entire service. Horrible experience.

They always arrive on time. They were probably 10 mins late the last time but I got a phone call the minute they were suppose to be here saying "We're running a little late." Excellent punctuality. They're efficient and they're in and out of here. They're always perfect when they leave. They're quick, they moved my furniture and put styrofoam on the carpet until it dries. They brought little blowers in and dried it up a little bit. They're excellent.

They are very thorough, prompt and will use them again in the future.
