Steam Action Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

"We cleaned [removed member name] carpet on 10/05/12 As with every job we called her back on 10/08/12 to thank her and to ask if everything dried OK. Her response was (Everything is fine) She called back on 10/11/12 and said there was a spot in the corner of the room that she thought was missed. We returned 10/12/12 the next day and inspected spot and detected that it was a pet accident. We re-cleaned the spot as a courtesy at no charge even though the spot looked fresh. Nothing was ever mentioned about socks getting dirty although if traffic is on carpet and socks are damp, the socks can pick up soil from any surface in the home that are non carpeted in just a couple steps. I feel that we responded quickly and appropriately to assure her that we want to give every customer the best cleaning service possible. We are sure that if any other concerns were brought to our attention we would of resolved them at the same time that we re-cleaned the pet spot. Thank you, Bob Goodrich, President"

"We were very sorry that a piece of furniture was nicked during the cleaning. Although it happens from time to time. We responded and took responsibility immediately. We called a repair specialist (Sheeleys) to repair the nick. It is unfortunate the the repair took longer than expected but we did all we could do to rectify the concerns noted. When we returned to home, carpets were completely dry. Our carpets usually dry within a few hours but in some instances drying time may increase due to heavily soiled carpets or weather conditions and or special treatments that are needed to enhance the cleaning results. Although this experience was not 100% positive, we hope that Ms.Shields reconsiders using us again in the future. Thank You, Bob Goodrich President"

"Up date. I looked at all history of Lynn at this address and the responce I gave earlier was for furniture we had cleaned the same week for previous home owner Lynn. We had given an estimate on carpet but was never hired to clean. That is why the carpets didnt look cleaned because we never did the job. She may of used other cleaners but can guarantee we did no carpet cleaning at the home prior to 2007"
