Hi, My name is Jaime. My wife and I've owned a painting/renovation contracting business for few years. Over the years, I've worked with homeowners, real estate agents, real estate investors, and property management companies all with one goal....to get a property ready to sell or rent out or just to make your own. I know that a professionally painted house sells much faster. I also know that there are a lot of costs involved when preparing a house for market. That is why I offer my expert services at very affordable prices. I'm fully insured and guarantee my work 100%. I want your business and believe me, if you want a true professional...you want me doing the work! I look forward to hearing from you.

Joshua Remodeling, Etc. LLC is a family owned and operated business. We provide quality craftsmanship coupled with creative design to bring you a professional and enjoyable experience. Depending on the time of year we have 2 to 5 employees. Depending on the size of a job we will bill upon completion or collect deposits in phases of completion.

"Requested a quote for exterior paint of the whole house and at first Joshua was very responsive and provided a quote address all of my needs. Throughout the proposal process, I asked him multiple timing regarding timing and his ability to perform the work, each inquiry was met with ("not a problem", "will be able to get the work done"). After I signed a letter of intent, the communication began to deteriorate, multiple excuses and delays to the start of the project ultimately to the point of silence. Overall very disappointed."

No, beams are the primary load-bearers for flooring or roofing systems, and they distribute the weight of the structure to your foundational supports, while joists bear far less weight and distribute their loads to the beams. Beams are usually thicker and longer, and they have support posts or foundation walls beneath them for support.

Yes, ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the window unit.

There are a few options if you miss a stud. You can simply patch the hole with spackle, sand it down, repaint it, and then find the stud—essentially starting over. If you don’t want to do that, you can insert one of the more robust drywall anchor options and hang your item on that, but that will only work if the drywall is in excellent condition and the anchor is rated for the weight of the item you’re hanging on it. You may be able to cover the hole with the object itself once it’s mounted, but it’s still recommended to at least fill the hole to protect insulation and prevent vermin from entering.

Yes, using certified lumber and engineered wood products for reduced environmental impact.

The cost to repair a deck is between $900 and $3,500, depending on the cause and extent of the damage. For example, fixing a sinking deck caused by pest damage can cost between $200 and $600, while replacing sinking boards costs between $500 and $4,000.
