Contractor did not replace blocks under porch beams.
Contractor installed old weathered decking instead of new.
Contractor improperly installed window over cable wiring.
Contractor left all curtains down, didn't sweep or clean up debris, left furniture pulled away from wall.
Contractor installed Sliding glass door upside down so that it was impossible to use the door or lock the door for 5 months.
Contractor tried to sell me a new sliding glass door for $600, when all I needed was my door installed properly.
I am a single woman. I paid $400 for labor to install the door alone. This contractor returned three times in an attempt to fix problems. Some of problems were fixed but neither the sliding glass door nor the window over the wiring were fixed. Despite the contractor's repeated denial that the door was inverted, the new contractor confirmed that the sliding glass door was installed upside down! I have video evidence of this.
I had a difficult time getting my invoice from this contractor.
Complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. Contractor lied in response to complaints even though he sent me text messages which proved that he was not forthcoming.
