"Excellent! Came to the home did their inspection came up with a plan and all the prints needed to accomplish the goal. Very satisfied and they explained the reasons for what changes were needed definitely would refer them to anyone with structural engineering questions. "Parts of it went really well and other not so much.  The flooring and access door were acceptable, they meant well and did a decent job and the price was very fair.  The problem came in 2 areas.  1 - we had a deadline of having the stair fixed before a party and they new this ahead of time and missed it completely, I called several times that week and got no response. They later apologized and fixed the step (after the party).  One minor issue, on the attic drop down access, one of the boards they attached to the frames with nails (should have been screwed in) came loose and broke off and I had to fix it.

"I was really under the gun due to a prior Architectural firm not performing their duties per building plan codes. Not only were the plans incomplete but the City Plan Reviewer states(The Worst plans he’s ever seen) they will not make adjustments unless there is an additional charge for Thousands. Evaluation’s saved my clients and drew our project per code, along with Engineering in less time then they quoted. I highly recommended them, Especially Kirsten. You went above and beyond trying to coordinate this project. The staff was very professional and I will use them on all my projects. Sincerely, Frank B BCM Builders"
