"Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone other than Jeff. His conduct was not only unethical, it was unhinged! The job, which should have been straightforward, dragged on for six days. When he sent the invoice, it was $1,000 over the amount I expected. I requested a breakdown of the charges and a revised invoice. He ignored my request started bombarding me with aggressive, disrespectful, and increasingly hostile messages demanding payment. I didn't refuse payment, I was just waiting for the correct invoice to be sent. Instead of responding professionally, he escalated the harassment, sending messages at 2am while continuing to berate me. This was the most unprofessional correspondence I have ever had with any service provider. His behavior was predatory and misogynist."
