Start to finish America's Floor Source (AFS) was excellent. Sales Representative Kaylee Budd was outstanding; her recommendations allowed us to save money while obtaining high quality flooring. We really appreciate the guidance she provided; additionally, she is highly energetic and well motivated coordinating all of the important required activities leading up to the installation to ensure everything is accomplished on time according to schedule. AFS and Kaylee are phenomenal.

I made the decision to get rid of my carpet and add hard flooring. I honestly never heard of America's Floor Source - I am the type to ask my friends who they have used in the past and go with that. One recommended AFS so I looked them up and their positive reviews sold me. I was not disappointed. We ended up having a major floor leveling issue which we found out after they ripped the carpet. Reggie took care of hiring the new crew that had to come in and fix that issue. He was even VERY patient with me when I called and vented about a misunderstanding (on my part) about the process. Yes a 1-2 day job turned out to be a week and a half (do to scheduling) but he was very communicative throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend AFS to my friends.

I was planning to have my basement finished. I went to several stores to price materials and found the warehouse sale at America's Floor source. It had the best price for the materials that I selected. Due to project timing issues with Covid-19, they were able to hold my materials until my basement construction started again. They completely worked with my schedule and the sales person helped me get continued delays and holds of my material until it was time to install. The installers were very professional and efficient. The floor is beautiful and I would purchase materials and use AFS again.

This is an excellent company, very professional and competitively priced. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. The installation team was great and the 70 year old kitchen floor (with 5 layers of linoleum), was cut out and the new laminate floor was installed in a day. The pantry door was trimmed down on the spot, but the other interior door needed to be removed and modified off-site. Tim came to take care of the door and did the work at no additional charge. I'm very impressed with Tim's responsiveness and that they took additional time to make sure that my door would continue to work with the slightly higher new floor. The new laminate looks fantastic and I've received many compliments.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, to the moment when our salesperson stopped over to see if we were happy with our new flooring, our experience was outstanding. Our salesperson, Rocky, listened, guided, suggested, and followed through with everything he said he would in a timely manner. Both the carpet crew, as well as the bathroom flooring crew, were professional, observant, and did an excellent job with their work. The floors themselves are beautiful; they are exactly what we were hoping for. However, there was absolutely no attention paid to doing the job carefully. Our carpeting was damaged in several places, the walls were damaged by dirty hand prints and glue, and glue is oozing out between the boards on the new floors.
