"Mr. Craig was excellent to work with. Our project was to make our condominium home's handicap and wheelchair accessible. Space was not available to go full ADA specifications, and plans construction plans were not available. Mr. Craig worked and us in thinking 'outside the box' of the typical/usual. One of our family members has a progressive weakness disability, and the solution will provide the capability of everything from walk-in to wheelchair with 'class'. Floors are slate tile, shower of cultured marble, fold-down teak seat, standard and hand-held shower heads with ability to alter between the 2, glass doors, coordinated grab bars and more, built-in closet shelves, etc. THANK YOU for making it so that we can remain in our home long term!"

"Mr. Moyer and his assistants not only did their usual excellent job of painting, they accommodated us when we decided additional painting was needed that had not been included in our original estimate. Mr. Moyer arranged for them to come in and repair and paint one wall after our movers had removed a flat-screen TV  that had been mounted on it, and he was, in general, extremely flexible in working around our busy preparations to put the house on the market and move out. He is simply a great person and great contractor."

"The gentlemen that moved me were very nice, however, I had a 65"4K UHD 3D Samsung television that was damaged during the move. I don't believe that it was done on purpose or anything but accidents do happen and my $2800.00 TV that was only 9 months old was damaged beyond repair. When I made the appointment for my move I was not offered any type of insurance for my personal belongings. Then when the movers showed up they only offered me one type of insurance that states I would accept minimal reimbursement for any damaged property at 0.60 lb. At that point, what was I suppose to do? I am a single women with no one else to help me move so I had to have them move me. When the cable people came to activate my cable 2 days later they turned the TV on and the screen was cracked and the middle. I immediately called the moving company, while the cable person was still standing there, to report the problem. They advised me that a manager would call me back the next day. I didn't hear from the manager until two days later and I told him the issue. He requested that I send him some pictures of the damaged TV and to explain what I believe they could do to resolve the issue and then he would call me back on Monday to discuss the resolution. I simply requested for the TV to be replaced or for them to give me the cash value of the TV and I would repurchase the TV myself. I also provided the receipt for the original purchase of the TV. The manager didn't even bother to call me back at all. He sent me an email on Tuesday, not Monday as promised, saying that basically my TV was only worth $31.50 but they would be willing to give me $150.00 to settle the problem. That is just insulting. I am very disappointed in every aspect. I paid $535.00 for the move plus I lost $2800.00 for my TV AND now I have to buy another one. I would NEVER recommend this moving company to anyone!!!!"

"I framed and hung drywall for my basement to create a new living area, 3/4 bath and laundry area. Called Tom out to review work and put in a quote. His quote and ability to guarantee finishing the work prior to my carpet installation sealed the deal. His workers were good and did a good overall job. There were some errors here and there, which if I hadn't been on a timeline I would have had him out to rectify--but they were not so significant as to *require* that these were fixed. Tom's willingness to fit me into his admittedly busy schedule and his further insistence that I feel free to call him back for "punch out" was appreciated. I also appreciated his forthrightness with describing each step of the process and limiting my expectations appropriately (many contractors will initially promise the world and then leave a job with that nasty 10% remaining).
