"We moved into a new home that has an enclosed gas fireplace. Not sure if it had been serviced, I called PLUMBTITE -they were highly recommended and I couldn’t agree more. Very professional scheduling and follow up process. Donnie took the glass out, examined and cleaned the working parts, and answered every question I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to call PLUMBTITE again.
