From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Called Friday evening and Yeager drive to Columbus to pick up the specialized water heater and installed on Saturday. Work was done efficiently and cleaned up afterwards, including taking the old water heater. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company."
