"Working with Gene's was amazing. I had several quotes for my Mom's home, however Gene's was the only company that actually listened to the needs and put together a quote for what was needed to reach those goals. It is a smaller house so noise was an issue, the previous company put the unit in without a drip pan so this was corrected along with correcting the duct work and providing equal heating and cooling throughout the house. The men arrived early every day, they were courteous, explained everything they were doing, and SO CLEAN!! Each day I came in to check on the work after they left and you would have NEVER known they were even there. I strongly recommend (and have) if you need any HVAC services or any service that Gene's offers to call them!"

He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. The distance between fence posts is guided by the terrain you’re installing them on, the purpose of the fence, and the material it’s made of. But if you’re going with a mesh, wire, lattice, or chain link fence, you could set the fence posts anywhere from 6 to 25 feet apart. 

The most common height of a front yard fence is around 3 feet high, but it can vary depending on your zoning laws. If your fence is meant to create privacy, something closer to 6 feet or higher will do the trick. Most of the time, the highest fence you’ll see is 8 feet tall.

Fence pickets typically face out (away from your home or the garden that you're enclosing). Both the rails and pickets sit on the outside of a fence so that anyone passing by can see the finished side. Not only does the look increase your curb appeal, but it's also the neighborly thing to do when placing a barrier between two properties, even when you're installing a privacy fence.

Posts for a horizontal fence should be no more than 6 feet apart. Wood pickets are not as strong when mounted horizontally as when mounted vertically. As such, the fence panels on a horizontal fence can’t cover the same span between posts as a vertical fence can. If you install the posts further apart on a horizontal fence, the fence will lose stability, making the boards more likely to sag.
