QUALITY SECURITY DOOR CO & MANUFACTURING

Well my request was probably a strange request to install two of the same doors as my front door to block off my livingroom. They look beautiful. The installers again were great have used quality for many years. Ron makes it happen. I just keep looking at my doors I am more than happy more than pleased!

Ron was great. he came out and was very professional and efficient. They had a sale and he gave me a quote and I was able to have time to review his quote and make a decision to go forward with the job, no pressure. Rob came out to install the doors, and he was also very pleasant, professional and efficient. I love my new doors, and I would recommend Quality Doors to anyone looking to buy new doors in the Greater Cleveland area.

The secretary was very polite and informative. The installer removed old security door and installed new security door. He was very professional and punctual. After installation he made the proper adjustments and educated me on how to maintain the Secuity door. Great Job Quality Security Door!

It was a very good experience. The only thing wrong was that they forgot to put in a peephole. When I called to let them know they came right out and fixed the proglem. They do a nice job for a reasonable price.

The job went all right overall. They did respond promptly to calls and provided an estimate fairly quickly. We were not completely satisfied at first, because the old posts were left in the concrete, and we thought they were going to be removed completely. However, we did call to express that we did not like the look of the new railing there with the old posts. It really brought down the whole look of the front of the house. Quality was prompt in responding and came back out to grind out the old posts. Everything looks really good now, and we would most likely call them back for another job.

The sale person was good and the installers were good, but the scheduler gave me problems and was difficult to schedule the work and it took me 5 months to schedule the appointment.

We bought four decorated security doors from them. The built up one door and installed the doors that we bought. They came back out and fixed a minor problem that was caused because the doors were installed in cold weather. Everything is fine now. Our neighbor asked about them and she wound up getting doors from them as well. They also followed up with us after the sale. We will use them again if we need to.

The salesman (Ron) arrived on time and as scheduled. He brought my past orders along with him to use as a helpful guide as to what I had ordered previously. The entire ordering process took less than 20 minutes. The installer arrived slightly ahead of schedule. He was pleasant and courteous and made sure that the door was installed straight and square. He even checked over the other doors that were ordered from and installed by this company earlier in the year. The new door was a great, from an aesthetic and energy conservation point of view.

It went very well. They kept their word and they did what they said they were going to do. They arrived on time, just like they had promised. I would highly recommend this company. The workmen were excellent.

They're great, very responsive. The one problem I did have, they came out and replaced the part right away. I'd recommend them.

I LIVE IN A DEPRESSED NEIGHBORHOOD IN CLEVELAND. USUALLY, IF I CALL SOMEONE TO DO WORK THEY DON'T WANT TO COME TO MY AREA. OR THEY ARE VERY RUDE. THIS COMPANY WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THEY TREATED MY WIFE WITH RESPECT. THEY WERE NOT ONLY PROMPT BUT EARLY. I WOULD EASILY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
