Matt (T) and Billy set up, cleaned chimney and removed old mortar. Matt did an outstanding job with the re tuck point and cement crown . We commend him on his attention to detail. Howard and Seth cleaned chimney and applied sealer. They also removed scaffolding and cleaned surrounding areas. Seth took the time to remove debris from plants in front of chimney. All members of the team were professional and answered all of our questions. They were very personable and it was a pleasure to do business with everyone beginning with Matthew Simpson who did the initial inspection and gave us the estimate. "This was the only roofing company that we requested estimates from that suggested that we contact our insurance company to see if they would pay some for the new roof due to some wind and hail damage notice when they inspected the old roof. Our insurance company did pay about half of the total cost.
I'm not totally comfortable in judging the roofing job right now. I was not home when they put the new roof on. The representative called one day saying they planned to put the roof on the following day. I had a previous commitment and couldn't be home on that day and I told him I would prefer that they reschedule so I could be there. He called his contractor to see if they could change the work day but the contractor wanted to do the job on the following day. Therefore, I wasn't there to see the work being done. The roof looks good and I think they did a good job but only time will tell.

"A1-Quality-Work!
I had a small job on our roof and a few contractors came and gave quotes. Not only was Andrew's Roofing's quote reasonable, but they were pleasant, on time, and professional. 
What bothered me with most other contractors that they all seem to have found "sever problems" with the roof and offer their services to maintain and repair those problems. 
The interesting thing is that each roofer found different problems, and when asked about the other issues (that previous contractors found) they always said that that's not a concern. 
On the flip side, some roofers I've had out over the past 10 years thought it could be fixed with some very expensive caulk. 
Andrew's Roofing was the only contractor that thought that the roof was fine and didn't require expensive repairs. Our roof just needed some maintenance -- we had a couple small leaks around the chimneys. We had several contractors over the years caulk or re-flash around them but it never fixed the underlying issue. Andrew determined the problem required the shingles around the chimneys to come off and replaced the rotted wood underneath and installed ice and water shield all around the chimneys before painstakingly replacing the shingles. 
We haven't had any leaks since, and the roof looks great.

"Jim was polite and when giving an estimate mentioned that although roof  shingles on the shed was not completly done it was sound and did not need replacing.  Others suggested it needed replacement for added cost of course. Will be hiring Jim again for handyman work again in the future."
