Gentleman that came out was prompt, friendly, professional and quick.  Took about 5 minutes to get key out of lock, 5 more minutes to pay and he was done.  Reasonably priced and was able to use a coupon from Angie's List (always a plus!).  Would call them again if needed.

Tim was incredibly professional, efficient, and he made the extra effort of switching a sticky lock with a better working lock for no extra charge.

Tim is like the nicest guy on the planet, treats you as if you are family.  Would.... no will.... highly recommend in the future.  Tim worked quickly, was extremely competent, and shared his expert knowledge with me. 

Seriously, if you need a locksmith... call this guy.  He's the guy for the job!

I called him and we wanted to get a key made for the front lock.  He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of input about matching the locks and keys for other doors in the house.  Ultimately, we did not use him because the handyman who was working with us was able to fix the problem we were having, but if I ever need a locksmith in the future I'm definitely calling these guys!

Quite well. These were older doors, so parts had to be ordered. Installation was carefully and neatly done.

A tenant had broken off his key in his deadbolt, so we couldn't unlock the deadbolt. We called Tim in the morning and he came out that day. He was able to remove the old deadbolt without damaging the door, and he put a new deadbolt on. Excellent experience.
